Richard is a 35+ year healthcare industry veteran with 4x Chief Executive Officer and 3x Chairman positions, overseeing multiple exits. A nurse by training, after attaining the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification, he spent the middle part of his career leading healthcare transformations in the UK. It is through this activity that Richard developed the Culture Assessment Toolkit that led to improved compliance and therefore revenue. The Culture Assessment Toolkit (CAT) provides the cornerstone to MPP Culture’s working activity.

Richard is also an advisor to LSE-listed Civitas Investment Management.
