Helen Alexander
People and Culture Specialist
With over 20 years of experience, Helen has led initiatives in people management, employee engagement, and cultural transformation, helping organisations build thriving, people-first workplaces.

​Having spent much of her career in health and social care, in a range of people management, operational and strategic roles, she understands the key role that culture plays in organisational success.
​
She has worked as an HR Director across a range of mental health and learning disability services and has seen first-hand the impact of positive engagement, having been part of a team who took a struggling service facing regulatory action through to achievement of an Outstanding CQC rating.
​
Helen is currently working on a consultancy basis spanning a number of industry sectors. Having worked in both hands-on and Board level roles, she understands the practical challenges faced by businesses and how to ensure their teams can be their greatest asset.
​
Helen is also managing director of her HR consultancy business, Alexander Domini. and co-founder of the healthcare recruitment compliance platform TTest
